Job Role: QC Analyst (Quality Control Department)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of in-process (IP) and finished product (FP) samples as per approved specifications
- Operate analytical instruments such as:
- HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Dissolution Apparatus
- UV Spectrophotometer
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate analytical records and documentation as per SOPs
- Identify and report deviations including OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend)
- Participate in method validation, calibration, and routine lab activities
- Support audit readiness and quality assurance processes
This role is crucial in maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
