Key Responsibilities
As a Proposal Writer – BA/BE, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring timely feasibility receipts from internal departments through effective communication.
- Preparing BA/BE quotations for Indian territory.
- Drafting quotes for Healthy Volunteer, Glucose Clamp, Phase-I, Biosimilar, and special studies in collaboration with respective HODs.
- Preparing and reviewing study agreements.
- Communicating with sponsors and third-party service providers for project cost estimations.
- Compiling and maintaining reports including Price Sensitization, Sponsor-wise Revenue, and Closed RFP Analysis.
- Updating feasibility data, RFP quotations, and milestones in CRM software.
- Assisting in quarterly projections and providing full-cycle support to the Business Development team.
- Managing and maintaining controlled business documents.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Science) or Diploma in Life Sciences from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in clinical research, proposal writing, or business development (freshers encouraged to apply).
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of BA/BE studies and clinical terminology.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and data reporting.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
