Responsibilities of the Job
As an Analyst – Bioanalytical Research, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sample Preparation and Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing biological samples using bioanalytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and ELISA.
- Routine Laboratory Tasks: Perform essential laboratory tasks, including handling samples, preparing reagents, and maintaining equipment.
- Method Development and Troubleshooting: Support method development, validation, and address any issues under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Data Collection and Documentation: Accurately collect, record, and analyze experimental data. Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and ensure documentation is organized.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow laboratory safety protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities in BQM (Bioanalytical Quality Management):
- Document Review: Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Report Monitoring: Oversee report review and archiving.
- Data Monitoring: Ensure proper data monitoring for quality control.
- Audit Response and Compliance: Address audit responses effectively and uphold documentation and compliance standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in bioanalytical research or related laboratory work.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ELISA) is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain thorough documentation and precision in lab work.
