Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Sr. CRA
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and select investigators for clinical trials at trial sites.
- Liaise with doctors, consultants, and investigators to ensure smooth trial conduct.
- Set up trial sites, ensuring availability of trial materials, including investigational medicinal products (IMPs).
- Train study staff on ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor trials through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Conduct source data verification (SDV), informed consent form (ICF) review, and case report form (CRF) review.
- Manage investigational drug accountability and adverse event reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation, including visit reports and trial supplies reconciliation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education:Â B.Pharm / BSc / Biotech + Clinical Research Degree/Diploma/Masters
- Experience:Â 3-6 years in clinical research monitoring
- Must have ICH-GCP knowledge
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel 50-60%Â (within and outside Mumbai)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
