Available Positions
- CRD Associate (3 positions): M.Sc Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience in API plant R&D.
- ARD Associate (2 positions): M.Sc Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytical development for API.
- Production Supervisor (5 positions): B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry with 5-7 years of relevant experience in API production.
- Production Chemist (5 positions): B.Sc Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience in API plant operations.
- Pilot Plant Shift Incharge (2 positions): B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry with 5-7 years of relevant experience in pilot-scale API production.
- QC Chemist (5 positions): M.Sc Chemistry with 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality control for API.
Key Responsibilities (Common Across Roles)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and regulatory standards in API manufacturing.
- Operate and monitor production/QC equipment, troubleshoot processes, and maintain documentation.
- Perform chemical reactions, analysis (HPLC, GC, etc.), sampling, testing, and batch release activities.
- Supervise shifts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines in a plant environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry (as specified per role).
- Mandatory 3-7 years of hands-on experience in an API/bulk drug manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of API synthesis, scale-up, analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to work in shifts.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive and best in the industry, based on experience and qualifications:
- Entry to mid-level roles (3-5 years exp.): ₹3.5 – 6.5 LPA
- Supervisory roles (5-7 years exp.): ₹6.0 – 9.0 LPA
