The ongoing research is designed to study the impact of digital adherence monitoring technologies on patient outcomes within the National TB Program.

Job Responsibilities: Key Areas to Focus

As a Field Research Associate at MIHM, ISB, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing Trial Protocols: Develop and implement randomized control trial (RCT) protocols.
  2. Data Collection & Management: Supervise data collection, ensure the quality of data, and handle program data.
  3. Survey Team Management: Train and manage survey teams involved in field data collection.
  4. Data Cleaning & Analysis: Clean and analyze collected data for research reports and publications.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth trial operations.
  6. Budget Management: Track expenses to ensure all activities remain within the project’s budget.
  7. Report Writing: Assist in writing research reports, policy memos, and progress reports.
  8. Quality Assurance: Develop systems to ensure high-quality data collection protocols.

Qualification Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in fields such as public health, economics, public policy, epidemiology, or development studies is preferred.
  • Candidates with healthcare sector experience and graduates from other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare or with randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is highly desirable.

Skills to Position Yourself
