Job Responsibilities: Key Areas to Focus
As a Field Research Associate at MIHM, ISB, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Trial Protocols: Develop and implement randomized control trial (RCT) protocols.
- Data Collection & Management: Supervise data collection, ensure the quality of data, and handle program data.
- Survey Team Management: Train and manage survey teams involved in field data collection.
- Data Cleaning & Analysis: Clean and analyze collected data for research reports and publications.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth trial operations.
- Budget Management: Track expenses to ensure all activities remain within the project’s budget.
- Report Writing: Assist in writing research reports, policy memos, and progress reports.
- Quality Assurance: Develop systems to ensure high-quality data collection protocols.
Qualification Requirements
- A Master’s degree in fields such as public health, economics, public policy, epidemiology, or development studies is preferred.
- Candidates with healthcare sector experience and graduates from other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or with randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is highly desirable.
