Job Responsibilities
1. Sr. Officer – Production (Sterile – QMS)
- Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), including SOPs, CAPA, deviations, and validations.
- Oversee sterile manufacturing processes for vials, pre-filled syringes (PFS), and ophthalmic products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Sr. Officer / Executive – Engineering (QMS & Documentation)
- Manage QMS documentation, including CAPA and change control processes.
- Conduct engineering audits and maintain training records.
- Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
3. Engineering Operators (OSD – Formulation)
- Perform plant maintenance for granulation, compression, and coating processes.
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, and cleanroom HVAC.
- Manage utilities like boilers, RO/DM/WFI systems, compressors, and DG sets.
4. Packing – Blister Operator (OSD)
- Operate and monitor blister packing machines (e.g., BQS machines).
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot and perform machine changeovers efficiently.
5. Production Operators – Granulation (OSD)
- Operate machinery for sieving, blending, and drying processes.
- Provide production support following SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications
- Sr. Officer – Production (Sterile – QMS): B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 4–6 years of experience in QMS and sterile manufacturing.
- Sr. Officer / Executive – Engineering: B.E / B.Tech with 4–8 years of experience in QMS documentation and cGMP.
- Engineering Operators (OSD): ITI / Diploma with 2–8 years of experience in plant maintenance and HVAC systems.
- Packing – Blister Operator: ITI / Diploma with 2–8 years of experience, including 2–6 years in blister packing.
- Production Operators – Granulation: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc with 1–3 years of experience in granulation processes.
