Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct bioanalytical research including method development, validation, and sample analysis using HPLC, GC, Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, and Polarimeter.
✔ Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for biologics and biosimilars as per USFDA guidelines.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results.
✔ Perform stability testing of biological products under different conditions.
✔ Troubleshoot issues related to instrument calibration, maintenance, and operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc in a relevant field.
- 0-4 years of experience in bioanalytical research.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, UPLC, GC, MS, ICP-MS, Wet Analysis, etc.).
Skills Required:
- Experience in method development & validation.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, GLP, GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
