Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative technical support for upstream process development, cell lines, and media optimization.
  • Assess feasibility and operational soundness of bioprocess experiments, materials, and equipment.
  • Execute pilot or manufacturing-scale upstream technology implementations.
  • Design and direct experiments to understand process sensitivity and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and marketing teams to align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure global best practices are implemented and continuously improved.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering in bioprocessing.
  • 4+ years of experience in upstream processing of biotherapeutics, with focus on monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
