Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative technical support for upstream process development, cell lines, and media optimization.
- Assess feasibility and operational soundness of bioprocess experiments, materials, and equipment.
- Execute pilot or manufacturing-scale upstream technology implementations.
- Design and direct experiments to understand process sensitivity and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, commercial, and marketing teams to align with customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure global best practices are implemented and continuously improved.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering in bioprocessing.
- 4+ years of experience in upstream processing of biotherapeutics, with focus on monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
