Key Responsibilities of QA Executive
- Manage and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the shop floor
- Handle deviations, investigations, and CAPA effectively
- Conduct thorough batch record review and release
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.)
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences)
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Strong knowledge of QMS, GMP, IPQA, deviation handling, and CAPA
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
