Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day departmental operations
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and business development activities
- Managing HR functions such as recruitment coordination and employee engagement
- Handling data analysis and order processing tasks efficiently
- Operating and maintaining formulation equipment (Cartonator Operator role)
- Coordinating procurement and vendor management activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in relevant fields such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, MBA, or equivalent
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply for trainee roles
