- HPLC/UPLC method development for Assay & Related Substances
- Dissolution method development using USP Type IV apparatus
- Conversion of analytical methods from HPLC to UPLC
Routine & Advanced Analytical Testing
- Analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Dissolution profiling by HPLC
- Blend & Content Uniformity
- Osmolality, viscosity, particle size distribution
- Drug–excipient compatibility studies
Instrument Handling
Hands-on operation and data interpretation for:
- HPLC, UPLC
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- FTIR
- Karl Fischer Titrator
- Particle Size Analyzer
- Rheometer & Viscometer
- Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC)
Wet Chemistry & Documentation
- Titrations, LOD, ROI, pH, SOR, Melting Point
- Moisture content & solubility testing
- Q1/Q2 reverse engineering studies
- Maintain GLP-compliant documentation as per SOPs and ICH guidelines

Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry or related field)
