🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Process clinical trial patient samples (e.g., PBMC, DNA, Plasma, Serum) with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed sample inventories and reconciliation logs.
- Execute molecular and cell biology assays — ddPCR, qPCR, flow cytometry, and immunoassays.
- Support assay development, qualification, and validation for translational studies.
- Prepare experimental documentation, protocols, reports, and assist in CAPA/Change controls.
- Manage lab equipment, coordinate maintenance, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Handle reagent ordering, consumable inventory, and compliance documentation.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSc/MS/MTech) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines with 1+ year of lab experience, OR
- BSc/Diploma in MLT with 2 years of diagnostic or industry experience, OR
- Master’s in MLT with 1 year of relevant hands-on laboratory experience.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with human blood/tissue processing.
- Proficiency in qPCR, ddPCR, molecular biology, and cell culture techniques.
- Knowledge of immunoassays, flow cytometry, and data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.

- Shift: Rotational (General: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Post-Noon: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM)
- Tenure: 11 months (Traineeship Period)
- Days Off: Two per week (flexible schedule)
💰 Salary Range
Estimated Stipend/CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
