Job Description: Trainee – Research Scientist (Discovery)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments & techniques (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
- Knowledge of drug discovery & development processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and synthesizing novel compounds for drug discovery programs
- Conduct literature surveys to support research projects
- Perform organic synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments and results
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
