• Bond: Bioanalytical – 2 years, QC – 3 years (10th original mark sheet required)

Key Responsibilities

Bioanalytical:

• Perform in-process quality control of ongoing studies.
• Review raw data, chromatograms, and reports of method validations.
• Ensure SOP and GLP compliance in day-to-day lab activities.
• Check instrument calibration and proper labeling.
• Verify subject sample concentration before release to PK department.
• Generate, control, and distribute method SOPs.
• Maintain logbooks and archive completed documentation.
• Monitor laboratory environment including temperature, humidity, and glassware validations.
• Coordinate and train staff on SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper disposal of bio and non-bio waste.

QC Department:

• Oversee study-related documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage medication dispensing and collaborate with clinical teams for patient safety.
• Ensure laboratory and study protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Bioanalytical: Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
• QC: B.Pharm with PCI certification
• Freshers with strong academic records and interest in clinical research
• Must submit 10th original mark sheet during bond period
