🔬 Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical, your role will include:
- Conducting in-process quality control of ongoing studies.
- Reviewing raw data, chromatograms, and method validation reports.
- Ensuring GLP compliance and SOP adherence in daily lab activities.
- Checking calibration status and labeling of analytical instruments.
- Verifying sample concentration data before release to the PK department.
- Generating, controlling, and distributing method SOPs.
- Maintaining logbooks, performing glassware validation, and monitoring lab temperature/humidity.
- Assisting in pipette calibration and SOP-based training programs.
- Managing proper waste disposal (bio and non-bio).
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm in any specialization
- M.Sc (Chemistry / Biochemistry)
- Pass-out Years: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Preferred Candidates: Male candidates from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana
- Bond: 2 years (submission of 10th original marks card required during bond period)
