Key Responsibilities – Quality Control Role
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing using HPLC and GC
- Analyze Raw Materials (RM), In-Process samples (IP), Finished Products (FP), and stability samples
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC)
- Prepare and review SOPs, logbooks, LIRs, CAPAs, and QC documentation
- Conduct and monitor stability studies and prepare stability reports
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and USFDA guidelines
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and external laboratories
- Maintain good laboratory practices and housekeeping standards
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc in Chemistry / General Chemistry (Mandatory)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Technical Skills:
- HPLC, GC
- Analytical method handling
- Documentation and compliance knowledge
