This position supports TraceLink’s global new-logo acquisition team, connecting with clinical companies preparing for their first product launch. Candidates must be motivated, analytically strong, and comfortable working the EST shift (6 PM–3 AM IST).

🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Understand clinical trial workflows—Phase I to Phase IV, commercialization readiness, and clinical operations.
- Conduct deep research on target accounts using public and private data sources.
- Monitor industry news, clinical databases, and digital channels to enhance prospecting intelligence.
- Develop personalized outbound strategies using email, social media, phone outreach, and targeted messaging.
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from campaigns, tradeshows, and partner events.
- Maintain detailed account intelligence briefs for Sales Executives (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs).
- Collaborate with Managers, SEs, MDRs, and Business Management teams to refine lead strategy.
- Work with Marketing & Sales Operations to maintain and enrich account data.
- Document all activities in Salesforce and present weekly performance reports.
- Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced international environment.
🎓 Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related roles.
- Strong research and lead qualification skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work in the EST shift (18:00–03:00 IST).
