Key Responsibilities – Pharmacovigilance Executive
- Assist the Global Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (PVRP) and Deputy PVRP in coordinating global PV activities
- Support oversight of Global Pharmacovigilance systems and processes
- Create, maintain, and update PSMF (Pharmacovigilance System Master File) and DDPS
- Process ADR/ICSR reports and submit them to regulatory authorities within defined timelines
- Prepare, review, and support submission of aggregate safety reports including PSUR, PBRER, DSUR, PADER, and REMS
- Provide safety data to PVSP teams for global reporting activities
- Handle and respond to medical inquiries from healthcare and non-healthcare professionals
- Maintain and update validated safety databases in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and global drug safety regulations
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 2–6 years of hands-on pharmacovigilance experience
- Strong knowledge of MedDRA coding and drug safety regulations
- Experience with ICSR processing and aggregate reports (PSUR/PBRER/DSUR)
- Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMA, US FDA)
- Excellent documentation, compliance, and communication skills
