Roles and Responsibilities
Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using extraction techniques such as SPE, LLE, etc.
- Perform quantitative analysis using LCMS, HPLC, and related instruments
- Conduct sample analysis for Bioavailability (BA) and Bioequivalence (BE) studies
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments as per SOPs
- Ensure adherence to GLP and GDP compliance
- Stay updated with current regulatory requirements
Quality Control Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks for method validation and BA/BE studies
- Conduct compliance checks for project and non-project activities
- Respond to QA and Regulatory observations with CAPA implementation
- Review calibration records for accuracy
- Evaluate laboratory compliance regularly to maintain GLP standards
Custodian Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of biological samples and analytical standards
- Monitor temperature records for storage equipment like freezers and refrigerators
- Perform routine instrument calibration and verify external calibration records
- Handle operational challenges during inventory management
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm or M.Sc in relevant Life Sciences discipline
- Strong understanding of bioanalytical techniques and laboratory practices
- Experience with LCMS/HPLC systems preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum
