These roles involve hands-on responsibilities in a GMP-compliant setup, focusing on efficient manufacturing and stringent quality assurance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Production Officers: Oversee liquid and tablet manufacturing/packing processes, ensure adherence to SOPs, handle equipment operation, maintain batch records, troubleshoot production issues, and support shift-based operations.
- Quality Control Officers: Perform sampling and testing of raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), in-process samples, GC/HPLC analysis, documentation, stability studies, and compliance with pharmacopoeial standards.
Both positions require attention to detail, teamwork in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to quality and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1-4 years in relevant pharma/nutraceutical manufacturing or QC (liquid/tablet preferred for production; analytical instrumentation experience for QC)
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or equivalent
- Key Skills: Knowledge of GMP, GLP, documentation practices, shift flexibility, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Other: Willingness to work in rotational/alternate shifts is essential
