The Resource Analyst is responsible for forecasting, tracking, and optimizing clinical resource allocation across projects. This role directly impacts clinical trial staffing, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Clinical Resource Planning & Forecasting
- Track and identify clinical resource needs
- Manage assignments and availability
- Maintain project modules and dashboards
- Forecast labor needs across geographical regions
2️⃣ Workforce Allocation
- Identify staff based on therapeutic area expertise
- Align resource assignments with client requirements
- Update roll-off dates and staffing projections
3️⃣ Reporting & Data Analysis
- Use Excel and resourcing dashboards
- Prepare utilization and projection reports
- Support RFPs and bid defense meetings
4️⃣ CV & Documentation Coordination
- Track and distribute updated CVs
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Support quality control of departmental reports

Education & Qualification
