Key Responsibilities

As a Project Support Specialist, you will:

• Handle metrics across multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead and coordinate PSS staff when assigned as Lead, supporting functional leads for optimal operational performance.
• Assist study teams in maintaining audit readiness, implementing innovative approaches to improve processes.
• Support departmental and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses to prevent deviations and ensure compliance.
• Provide oversight and reconciliation of systems and trainings for various functional departments, achieving >99% training compliance at study level.
• Attend client meetings and teleconferences as needed.
• Prepare KPI reports, compliance dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Act as an eTMF oversight lead, including filing, reviewing, gap analysis, and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with clients and assist Global Project Leaders in study plan preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive expert-level experience in Lead PSC roles.
• Hands-on experience with clarity (team tab review, budget variance analysis, reconciliation).
• Experience in client coordination and preparing compliance reports.
• Strong audit preparation skills.
• Expertise in eTMF and familiarity with multiple client eTMF platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
