Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end clinical data management from study setup to database lock
- Act as primary liaison with sponsors and project leadership
- Review and approve DM deliverables; ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor and train CDM team members
- Monitor study metrics, timelines, and data quality
- Support bid defense and contract modification activities
2️⃣ Clinical Data Management Project Manager (CDM PM)
- Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clinical studies/programs
- Own project budgets, forecasting, and financial oversight
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Coach CDM team leads and associates
- Drive process improvements and inspection readiness

3️⃣ Associate Clinical Data Team Lead (ACDTL)
- Experience: 4–6 years

- Monitor timelines, metrics, and deliverables

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related)
- Strong experience in Clinical Data Management
- Hands-on expertise in Medidata RAVE and/or Veeva EDC
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/global environment
