1. Scientist I, Protein Biology
Location: Bangalore, IND
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environment: Laboratory & Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, purify, and conjugate antibodies for immunoassays.
- Perform protein/antibody conjugations (dyes, labels, reporter tags).
- Use protein purification techniques (affinity chromatography, SEC, HPLC, SDS-PAGE).
- Apply antibody engineering, molecular biology, and structural biology tools (PyMol, Schrödinger).
- Maintain meticulous lab records and present findings in team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in protein conjugation, purification, and characterization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GraphPad Prism, and statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
2. Scientist II, Molecular Biology
Location: Bangalore, IND
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environment: Lab (exposure to cold rooms, loud noises, PPE required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-throughput antibody development using NGS, molecular cloning, and vector design.
- Mentor junior scientists and drive innovation in antibody sequencing & engineering.
- Develop automated workflows for recombinant antibody platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Operations).
Qualifications:
- PhD (0-3 years exp) or Master’s (5-8 years exp) in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Expertise in antibody display technologies, hybridoma, single B-cell cloning.
- Experience with Sanger & NGS, automation, and bioinformatics tools.
- Strong publication record preferred.
3. Scientist II, Protein Biology
Location: Bangalore, IND
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environment: Laboratory & Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead antibody screening, validation, and biophysical characterization.
- Optimize protein purification (ÄKTA, NGC, HPLC) and conjugation strategies.
- Develop immunoassays (ELISA, Western Blot, IHC, IF).
- Support product commercialization from R&D to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- PhD (2+ years exp) or Master’s (5+ years exp) in Protein Science, Immunology, or Biochemistry.
- Hands-on experience in protein expression, purification, and analytics (SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC).
- Proficiency in molecular biology (cloning, PCR, sequencing).
- GLP compliance experience required.
