Key Responsibilities in the Job
As a Scientist II in Field Applications, you will:
- Provide Technical Support
- Assist customers with flow cytometry, imaging/microscopy, plate readers, and sample preparation systems like KINGFISHER extraction systems.
- Ensure seamless customer experience by addressing technical challenges efficiently.
- Customer Engagement
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and troubleshooting to educate and support customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Market Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and success in the market.
- Align with organizational goals to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in field applications or a similar position.
- Adequate knowledge of cell biology protocols and antibodies.
