📋 Job Description: Manager – QA (QMS)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review, approve, and implement QMS-related procedures
✔ Handle deviations, investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation
✔ Review and approve change controls from cross-functional teams (CFT)
✔ Manage market complaints (login, review, investigation, and closure)
✔ Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance
✔ Train team members on SOPs and cGMP procedures
✔ Review SOPs for departments, equipment, systems, and facilities
✔ Perform internal audits to ensure cGMP compliance
✔ Prepare and review “Quality Management Review” presentations
🎓 Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- 10-15 years of experience in an Injectables manufacturing plant
