- Supporting the Director and Senior Directors – Regulatory Affairs (International Markets)
- Coordinating regulatory activities to ensure compliance with global regulations and internal standards
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and monitoring team inboxes
- Assisting in data collection, regulatory documentation, and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating global meetings, town halls, off-sites, and international visits
- Providing data entry support for regulatory submissions and compliance activities
- Managing vendors, purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, reconciliation, and archival
- Collaborating with global regulatory teams to improve operational efficiency
Eligibility & Qualifications
To be eligible for this Regulatory Coordinator job at Teva, candidates should have:
- M.Pharm degree
- 2–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or pharmaceutical operations
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical company processes and departments
