Job Description: Medical Writing Associate II
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and formatย clinical regulatory documents, including:
- Clinical study reports (CSRs)
- Protocols
- Investigator brochures (IBs)
- Briefing books
- Aggregate reports (e.g., PBRERs, DSURs)
- Post-authorization safety studies (PASS)
- Compile, analyze, and summarize clinical data from multiple sources.
- Ensure documents comply withย regulatory guidelines (ICH, GCP)ย and internal standards.
- Conductย proofreading, formatting, and comment resolutionย for regulatory submissions.
- Assist in developing and updatingย document templates and SOPs.
- Provide guidance to junior medical writers and external vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs/PhD/PharmD in Life Sciencesย or related field.
- 2+ years of experienceย in medical writing within theย pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
- Strong experience inย clinical study reports, protocols, and regulatory submissions.
- Familiarity withย narratives, IBs, and aggregate reportsย is preferred.
- Excellentย scientific writing, editing, and data interpretationย skills.
- Knowledge ofย ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA guidelinesย is a plus.
