Required Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of pharma functions including R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or sales analytics.
- AI/Data Experience: Proven experience in AI, ML, or data analytics projects.
- Productization Skills: Experience taking concepts to deployable AI products with defined features and adoption strategies.
- Client Management: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and independent client handling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Team Management: Ability to coordinate technical and business teams effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL, JIRA/Confluence, with understanding of AI/ML workflows.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology) or B.Pharmacy from recognized institutions, with minimum 65% marks.
Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML applications in pharmaceutical R&D or commercial operations and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
