Position Overview
As a Technical Associate, you will play an integral role in the preparation and management of various safety reports and documentation. Responsibilities will include generating outputs from safety databases, managing group mailboxes, and supporting ongoing consumer safety operations. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Preparation of Aggregate Reports: Your primary responsibility will involve preparing vital documents such as Safety Risk Management Plans, Periodic Benefit Risk Evaluation Reports, and Medical Device Periodic Safety Update Reports. You will ensure these documents meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity.
- Technical Support: You will generate safety database outputs, create organized folders in document management systems, and assist in rendering final PDF documents for publication. Your attention to detail will facilitate accurate documentation and efficient project management.
- Maintaining the Global Periodic Report Schedule: You will help update schedules, conduct quality checks, and generate alerts to ensure stakeholders are reminded of their commitments. This proactive stance will enhance collaboration across teams.
- Mail Management: Managing and triaging group mailboxes is crucial for effective communications within the Consumer Safety team. Your organizational skills will ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: You will have opportunities to contribute to improving record management processes, archiving practices, and periodic report scheduling.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet/intranet applications, and experience with document management systems.
- Document Editing Expertise: Proven experience in document editing, formatting, and quality documentation practices is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are needed to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
