⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations at research sites.
- Supervise and train the clinical research team to ensure adherence to GCP guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate with clinical sites and sponsors for project execution.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, cost, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review operational reports and assist in audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize study performance.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical operations or project management.
- Proven team leadership and training capabilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in CROs or clinical trial management preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru or Bhopal.
