Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise Global and Local Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs)
- Review PVAs to ensure compliance with ICH and GVP modules
- Address internal and collaborating company comments on PVAs
- Manage and monitor a dedicated PVA mailbox
- Announce new or revised PVAs to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and reconcile PVA trackers for all active agreements
- Perform PVA compliance monitoring and prepare dashboards
- Upload and manage documents in the PVA repository
- Support Project Managers with PV documentation and trackers
- Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Strong expertise in PV Agreements (Global & Local)
- Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines & Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP)
- Experience in contractual arrangements and compliance monitoring
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Clinical Research
