Key Responsibilities
- Perform case intake activities, ensuring all safety-related emails are triaged, tracked, assigned, and archived appropriately
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from multiple sources including E2B, gateway transmissions, and emails
- Handle non-English source documents, coordinate translations, and track service providers
- Perform data entry, quality review, and documentation in the Global Safety Database
- Conduct case follow-up for missing or incomplete safety information
- Ensure compliance with global regulations, SOPs, WRKs, MANs, and BEDs
- Maintain high accuracy, meet internal and regulatory timelines, and ensure audit readiness
- Liaise with internal teams, affiliates, and external vendors as required
- Support safety projects such as reconciliation of safety data
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Education
- BS Degree in Life Sciences
- Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related life science background preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Pharmacovigilance, OR
- 2 years of Clinical Development/Clinical Research experience with adverse event handling
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific terminology
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Argus Safety Database trained or experienced
- Experience in data entry and advanced database searches
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex safety data
- Strong critical thinking and independent working capability
