🔹 Key Responsibilities
As part of the TCS BPS Back Office & Data Processing team, you will:
- Process high-volume data transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support operational activities within TCS BPS standards
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and documentation norms
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service-level goals
- Handle repetitive processing tasks with consistency and precision
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following:
Educational Requirements
- Full-time graduates (2024 & 2025 batches):
MA, MCom, BCom, BA, BBA, BBM, BMS, BAF, BBI, BSc (Regular) - BCA & BSc (IT/CS) graduates (2023 & 2024 batch)
- Highest qualification should be graduate or postgraduate only
- Should be open to working in any shift
Not Eligible
- Candidates who appeared for TCS test/interview within the last 90 days
- Candidates currently pursuing or who have completed Post-Graduation (Except MA/MCom mentioned above)
