Job Overview

Tata Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its Mumbai location. This role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient warehouse operations related to medical devices.

The position is ideal for pharmacy professionals with experience in CDSCO regulations and MD42 compliance who want to work in a high-impact healthcare innovation environment.


Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Medical Devices Rules, 2017
  • Maintain documentation as per CDSCO guidelines (MD42 License)
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections
  • Stay updated with changing regulatory requirements

Warehouse & Quality Operations

  • Manage storage and handling of medical devices
  • Maintain batch records and distribution logs
  • Implement quality control systems
  • Handle complaints and adverse event reporting
  • Support regulatory documentation

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and QA teams
  • Assist in SOP development
  • Support vendor qualification processes
  • Train team members on compliance practices

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Registered Pharmacist in Maharashtra (B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in MD42 or Form 20-21B licensed organization

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of CDSCO regulations and Medical Devices Rules
  • Understanding of GDP and GWP practices
  • Strong documentation and compliance skills
  • Ability to interact with regulatory authorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards
  • Experience in CDSCO audits and inspections
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations
  • Understanding of post-market surveillance
