⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic and ad-hoc data requirements.
- Develop intermediate to advanced Tableau dashboards using Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Azure SQL DB.
- Manage and support day-to-day dashboard operations across Azure SQL DW and analytics systems.
- Write SQL scripts for data validation, quality checks, and automated updates.
- Identify key data patterns using medical and claims datasets.
- Perform query optimization and dashboard performance tuning.
- Participate in analytical problem-solving, data exploration, and data science-oriented tasks.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Tableau development (front-end + ETL workflows)
- Solid understanding of performance tuning for dashboards and SQL queries
- Proficiency in SQL Server
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (preferred)
- Exposure to medical/healthcare data (a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently on complex dashboard projects
