- Research Associate / Research Officer – CRAMS (Contract Research and Manufacturing Services)
- Experience: 1-5 Years
All positions require M.Sc in Chemistry.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Research Associate/Officer, you will play a key role in driving pharmaceutical innovation. Responsibilities vary by department but typically include:
- Conducting synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Performing analytical method development, validation, and testing using advanced instrumentation.
- Handling critical reagents, data interpretation, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support API development and CRAMS projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Experience: 1-8 years in pharmaceutical R&D (depending on the role)
Key Skills Required:
- ARD: Proficiency in HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, Method Development.
- PD Lab: Expertise in Synthesis, Process Development, Awareness of Regulatory Guidelines, Literature Search.
- CRAMS: Synthesis, Handling of Critical Reagents, Analytical Data Interpretation.
Candidates with hands-on experience in regulated environments (USFDA, EDQM, etc.) will have an advantage.
