Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) – HPLC Officer/Sr. Officer
- Conduct High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment per regulatory standards.
- Document test results and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Quality Assurance (QA) – IPQA Officer/Sr. Officer
- Oversee In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and liquid formulations.
- Conduct quality checks during manufacturing to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Review and verify batch records and production documentation.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Production – Operator (Liquid)
- Operate and monitor 8*12 Mono Block and SCADA-based liquid production systems.
- Ensure efficient production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Adhere to production schedules and GMP protocols.
Qualifications
- QC (HPLC): B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field with 2-5 years of experience in HPLC analysis.
- QA (IPQA): B.Pharma with 3-6 years of experience in IPQA for OSD or liquid formulations.
- Production (Operator): Diploma or relevant technical qualification with 2-5 years of experience in liquid production systems (Mono Block, SCADA-based).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
