Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive in the supply chain team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing warehouse activities including receipt and issuance of materials
- Handling raw materials, consumables, samples, and spare parts
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Creating and managing purchase requisitions
- Verifying documents such as invoices, packing lists, COA, and MSDS
- Conducting quality checks on received materials
- Ensuring proper labeling and weight verification
- Supporting stock audits and reconciliation (physical vs system stock)
- Managing SEZ documentation, job work challans, and gate passes
- Handling rejected and returned materials from vendors
- Maintaining proper housekeeping and EHS compliance in stores
- Managing gas cylinder receipt and issuance
