Roles and Responsibilities
As an OSD Operator specializing in Tablet Compression, your key accountabilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring Tablet Compression Machines to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.
- Maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all audit-related requirements.
- Providing support during internal and external audits, as well as client visits.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve operational excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Hands-on experience in operating Tablet Compression Machines in a pharmaceutical or OSD manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and maintain accurate production records.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant educational background, such as ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in pharmacy or related fields (experience will be prioritized).
Prior experience in a similar role within a reputed pharma company will be an added advantage.
