Syngene International Ltd., a global leader in biopharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing services, is hiring Analysts in Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays at its Bangalore facility. This role offers young scientists the opportunity to work on cutting-edge bioanalytical research, immunoassays, and ligand binding assay development while gaining exposure to global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays, you will:
- Perform ligand binding assays (LBA), ELISA, and MSD assays for bioanalysis.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP, OECD, FDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain assay logbooks.
- Collaborate with Study Directors, QC, and QA for data review and reporting.
- Interpret assay results and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in team discussions and present findings.
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (preferably Biochemistry) or related field.
Skills & Experience Required
- 0–3 years of experience in Pharmacokinetics and Immunogenicity Assays.
- Hands-on experience in ligand binding assay (LBA) development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Knowledge of ELISA and MSD assays is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of bioanalytical PK and immunogenicity studies per regulatory guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under time pressure.
