Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance professional at Synergy, you will:
- Demonstrate expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including CAPA, Deviation Management, SOP preparation, and Change Control.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), in-process records, and analytical reports.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., NMRA, USFDA, EU-GMP).
- Maintain documentation systems aligned with regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, Cleaning Validation, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Manage Vendor Qualification, External Service Provider Qualification, and Contract Testing Laboratory Qualification.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Education: BSc, MSc, or B. Pharma degree.
- Experience:
- IPQA Manager: 8+ years in pharmaceuticals.
- IPQA Senior Executive/QMS Senior Executive/Audit & Compliance Senior Executive: 4+ years.
- IPQA Executive/Audit & Compliance Executive: 2+ years.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and QMS processes.
- Excellent team collaboration and computer literacy skills.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and audits.
