Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance professional at Synergy, you will:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including CAPA, Deviation Management, SOP preparation, and Change Control.
  • Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), in-process records, and analytical reports.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., NMRA, USFDA, EU-GMP).
  • Maintain documentation systems aligned with regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, Cleaning Validation, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
  • Manage Vendor Qualification, External Service Provider Qualification, and Contract Testing Laboratory Qualification.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Education: BSc, MSc, or B. Pharma degree.
  • Experience:
    • IPQA Manager: 8+ years in pharmaceuticals.
    • IPQA Senior Executive/QMS Senior Executive/Audit & Compliance Senior Executive: 4+ years.
    • IPQA Executive/Audit & Compliance Executive: 2+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and QMS processes.
  • Excellent team collaboration and computer literacy skills.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and audits.
