Job Description
Synergen Bio is hiring 05 Analysts with expertise in LC-MS/MS instrumentation and regulatory guidelines. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in analytical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method development, validation, and sample analysis in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Record, compile, and maintain analytical data with accuracy.
- Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instruments and related lab equipment.
- Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments as per schedule.
- Ensure adherence to USFDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines in all analytical processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- MSc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
- 1-2+ years in analytical research, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical lab.
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, ICH).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
