๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐น TMF Lead Roles
- Act as TMF Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project meetings
- Monitor TMF health, risks, and compliance metrics
- Ensure inspection readiness (ICH-GCP compliance)
- Manage eTMF platforms (Veeva Vault, etc.)
- Support audits, inspections, and sponsor interactions
๐น Clinical Support Specialist (Site Contracts)
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and perform QC reviews
- Support site contract and study documentation workflows
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
๐น Biostatistician
- Develop Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
- Create tables, listings, and figures (TLFs)
- Perform statistical review of clinical data
- Support regulatory submissions and publications
๐น Medical Writer
- Prepare CSRs, protocols, IBs, IND/NDA documents
- Ensure compliance with ICH E3, FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with biostatistics & regulatory teams

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / equivalent
- 1โ5+ years experience in:
- TMF operations
- eTMF systems (Veeva Vault preferred)
- Clinical trials documentation
Biostatistician
- MSc / PhD in Statistics / Biostatistics
- Experience in:
- SAS programming
- Clinical trial data analysis
Medical Writer
- Life Sciences / Pharmacy / PhD
- 3โ5 years experience in:
- Regulatory & clinical writing
- ICH, FDA guidelines
