🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking planned and scheduled audits in the Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS).
- Update audit schedules and QA calendars as directed by management.
- Collect and organize documentation for audits and inspections (training records, org charts, etc.).
- Support auditors by providing follow-up documentation during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Enter and maintain audit-related data in eQMS.
- Maintain, file, and archive Quality Assurance documentation.
- Perform additional QA-related duties as assigned.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or Healthcare.
- Minimal experience or freshers with exposure to healthcare/clinical research environments can apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic SharePoint knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
