Job Responsibilities

Project Specialist (Hyderabad/Gurgaon)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research and project management.
• Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management).
• Oversee clinical trial operations, ensuring SOP, GCP, and country regulations compliance.
• Site/vendor selection and contract management.
• Support trial recruitment strategies, budgets, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Senior Project Specialist (Hyderabad/Mumbai)

• Minimum 3+ years of project specialist experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Lead finance and budgetary tracking for clinical studies.
• Set-up, maintain, and close project files and Trial Master File (TMF).
• Track and report KPIs, invoices, and investigator payments.
• Lead internal/external meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Mentor and train junior project specialists.
• Serve as a customer contact when the Project Lead is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience:
  • Project Specialist – 1+ years in clinical research/project management.
  • Senior Project Specialist – 3+ years in project coordination, finance, or clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, SOP, and GCP.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Certifications in Clinical Project Management or GCP preferred.
