  • Perform data and content quality check (QC) review of extracts, manuscripts, posters, and figures/tables.
  • Conduct data integrity reviews ensuring consistency across text, tables, and graphics.
  • Verify alignment of content with FDA, EU, and ICH regulatory guidelines.
  • Cross-check scientific claims against referenced sources for accuracy and neutrality.
  • Ensure correct application of AMA style guide and journal/congress formatting standards.
  • Maintain one-to-one alignment between in-text citations and reference lists.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, English/Journalism (preferred)
    OR
  • Relevant experience in copyediting and scientific data review.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Writing (MW).
  • Experience in scientific QC and data review.
  • Familiarity with FDA, EU regulations, ICH guidelines, ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong grammar and copyediting skills (AMA style preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
