📝 Job Responsibilities
As a Safety & Pharmacovigilance Trainee, you will:
- Monitor, record, and route incoming safety information.
- Assist with ICSR documentation, tracking, and redaction of patient details.
- Enter and validate data in the safety database.
- Support literature screening, drug coding, and MedDRA dictionary maintenance.
- Help in query resolution, workflow reconciliation, and report submissions.
- Assist in narrative writing, event coding, and duplicate case management.
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP, SOPs, and global drug safety regulations.
- Participate in audits and ensure proper submission of documents to TMF/PVSMF.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Education (2025 Pass-outs only):
- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc + B.Pharm / BHMS / BDS / Ph.D (Pharmacy)
Core Skills:
- Strong interest in pharmacovigilance and drug safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
- Familiarity with safety databases, pharmacology, and medical terminology
- Experience with collaboration tools (Visio, Team Share, etc.)
