Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and Validate Software: Use tools like Medidata Rave, Oracle OC/RDC, SAS, and other clinical programming tools to design, validate, and maintain software for clinical trials.
✔ Database & Reporting: Support CRF annotation, database creation, edit checks, data exports, and custom reports while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
✔ Project Leadership: Lead 3-10 concurrent clinical programming projects, ensuring timely delivery while managing scope, budget, and resources.
✔ Technical Support: Provide expertise in Oracle Inform, MDSOL Rave, SAS, and other clinical data systems to internal teams and stakeholders.
✔ Quality & Compliance: Review deliverables for accuracy, participate in sponsor audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
✔ Mentorship & Training: Guide junior programmers and contribute to departmental knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.
✅ Proficiency in SAS programming (PL/SQL, C#, or VB is a plus).
✅ Experience in clinical data management (CDM), EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle RDC), and clinical trial software.
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment.
✅ Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%).
